created for one or more positions (that is, the number of people who need to be hired).<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Once the number of hired candidates for the requisition reaches the requested number of positions, the status will automatically change into<strong>\u200e \"Filled<\/strong>&#8220;.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00ce<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If you have completed the recruitment with fewer hires than initially planned, but you don\u2019t want to move the requisition to the status<strong>\u200e \"Closed without hire<\/strong>\", you can reduce the number of available positions from the requisition page, and it will automatically switch into<strong>\u200e recruitment process for a requisition, you have the option to close it without hire.<\/span><\/p><p>You can also close the requisition if you have only partially hired the desired number of candidates (for example, you hired only 3 out of 5).<\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To change the requisition status into<strong>\u200e \"Closed without hire<\/strong>\" click the three vertical dots in the upper-right corner of the requisition page, and then select <span style=\"color: var(--p_color); letter-spacing: 0.15px; text-align: var(--bs-body-text-align);\"><kbd>\u200e \"Closed without
