You can delete a candidate's data directly from their profile. Enter the Candidates menu from the top bar. In the candidate list, click on the candidate you want to delete.
In the upper left part of the profile, click on the 3 dots that appear next to the candidate name.
A drop-down list will open. Click on the Deletebutton. The candidate will be deleted after confirmation.
2. Delete multiple candidates at once
You can select multiple candidates at once to delete them.
In the Candidatessection from the top bar, select the candidates you want by clicking on the squares that appear on the left side of the table, right next to their names.
To delete the selected candidates, press the Delete button from the header.
To avoid mistakes, you will be asked to confirm the number of candidates that will be deleted:
3. Delete candidates periodically
You can automatically delete candidates from your database after a set period of time.
For example, if you want to delete applications older than 2 years, they will be automatically deleted when reaching this deadline.
To set this, click on your name on the top right corner of the menu bar. Navigate to Settings > Company settings
In the sub-section GDPR> Data retention
choose the interval after which you want the data to be deleted automatically.
If you don't want to delete candidates with whom you have done activities in the last x months, define this period in the second line of this setting.
In the case below, for example, candidates older than two years are automatically deleted. But if some of them have activities in the last 3 months, their deletion will be delayed.
