Employee Portal
In Mingle you have an Employee Portal that you can use to receive referrals or internal job applications. Active jobs and referral bonuses are updated on this page in real time.
You can access the Employee Portal from the Referrals tab, by clicking on Employee Portal
Customize the page
Make the page public or private
The Employee Portal can be public or private.
If it is public, anyone can access any section of it, without having to sign in. However, if jobs have referral bonuses set, their value will not be displayed on the public page.
If the page is private, only employees of the company (who will sign in with their work email) will be able to access this page. In this case, authenticated colleagues can also see the bonuses offered for each role.
Attention
If you have colleagues who don't have a work email address, they will not be able to access the private page. In this case, we suggest you set the page as public.
Visual customization
You can also customize this page by adding an image.
Add a Referral policy
If you have a Referral policy, it can be shown on the Employee Portal.

Because we want to make your referral experience more enjoyable, all internal referrals will be received using the Mingle platform from now on.
All you have to do is log on [link to employee portal] to see the details of the available positions. From there you can easily refer your friends and receive real-time notifications about their progress.
This way, you could help them find the job they need, and you help us find the ideal candidate.

How to refer or apply for a job
Your colleagues can either refer a friend for a job by clicking the Refer a friendbutton, or they can apply for a job themselves by clicking on Apply for job

You can refer a friend in two ways: by sending them the job link (by clicking on Copy link) or by filling in the required information in the form below:
