2. How to disable a job
If you are no longer recruiting on a job, you can mark it as Inactivein Mingle.
Access the Jobs section from the menu bar and go to the desired job. In the right part of the box with the job, click on the button that says ActiveIt will appear the Inactiveoption. Click on it to disable the job in Mingle.
Attention!
This action does not disable the ads published on job sites. Go separately to the sites it is published on to disable them.
If you have shared the job link anywhere, this link will no longer be valid when you disable it. Make sure you're only closing jobs for which you've finished recruiting.
What happens with the inactive jobs?
Inactive jobs will be moved to the end of the job list and marked with the status Inactive
To avoid mistakes, if you disable a job that is promoted on job sites (such as eJobs, BestJobs, etc.), the ad will remain active and you will still receive applications for it. If you want to close the ad, go into your account on these sites and disable it separately.
3. How to delete a job
To delete a job, access the Jobs section from the menu bar and go to the desired job. On the right side of the job box, click on the symbol with 3 dots. You will see two options: to edit or delete the job. Click on Delete
What happens with the deleted jobs?
Deleted jobs will disappear from the job list. If you deleted a job by mistake, write us at hello@mingle.ro in order to recover it.
To avoid mistakes, you are not able to delete a job that is promoted on job sites (such as eJobs, BestJobs, etc.). You must first close the ad from these platforms and then you will be able to delete it in Mingle.
