Export the database
You can easily export the database in Excel format. In the Candidates menu from the top bar, select the candidates you want to export.
To select them, you can put filters on various fields (status, position, location etc) or you can select specific candidates directly from the list.
Then click on the Export button from the right, above the list of candidates.
A download window will open, where you can choose to export the CVs as well, if you wish. Click on the Export button and wait for the file to download.
If you're downloading a large file, you can close the window and continue using Mingle while it's downloading. You will receive a notification when the list has been downloaded, so you can save it.
