With Mingle you can easily access the candidate database. Go to the Candidates menu in the top navbar.
Here's how you can use the candidate list:
1. Search for candidates in the database
Use the search bar to search by:
Name
E-mail
Phone number
LinkedIn profile link
2. Filter the candidate database
You can filter the database by multiple criteria. You will find the filters above the candidate list, near the search bar.
For more options, click All filters
In the lateral menu that opens, select the filters you want to apply. When you apply a filter, it will update your results in the database.
3. Add candidates
You can also add candidates from other sources. To do this, click the Add candidate status by clicking the status button in the top right corner.
A new pop-up will appear.
In this pop-up, type in the candidate data.
For the Location, Source and Referred by fields you can add new options if they're not yet in the drop-down lists.
To do this, type in the new option's name and then click the Add... button that appears below
4. Perform bulk actions
You can select multiple candidates at a time in order to perform a bulk action. In the candidate list, click the squares next to the candidates' names.
If you click the top square that's on the table header (the one close to the Namefield), this will select all the candidates on the same page. If you want to select all the candidates in the database, click the message that appears in the table header:
Once you have selected the candidates, you will see in the table navigation bar the actions you can perform:
You can edit the location, position or recruiter for multiple candidates at once.
Click on the Editbutton, and in the pop-up that appears select the field you want to update. Here, insert the new value you want to assign to your candidate selection.
