Import an external job
If you have published a job from your eJobs, BestJobs or OLX account, it will also need to be connected with a job from Mingle in order to receive applications.
Fortunately, this can be done easily. Either the jobs connect automatically, or you will receive a notification to connect them yourself. Here are the 2 cases:
1. The jobs have the same name
When the externally published job has the same name as one of the jobs in Mingle, then synchronization between the two is done automatically.
This means that you don't have to do anything else: the two jobs connect in real time and incoming applications are also imported to Mingle.
For automatic synchronization to work, the names of the two jobs must be exactly the same, without any difference.
2. Jobs have different names
When the external job has a different title than any job in Mingle, you will receive a notification that there are jobs that are not connected.
It is important to connect them so that the applications you receive are also imported to your database.
Here's how you can connect them:
Step 1. You receive a notification
A notification will appear at the top of the page Jobs:
Step 2. Click on the notification
A pop-up will open with the unconnected jobs and the option to link them.
Step 3. Import the job
In the list that appears, search for the equivalent job in Mingle.
If the job doesn't already exist in Mingle, you have the option to import it. For that, click on the option at the bottom of the list Import the ad as a new job
And that's it! The externally posted job is now connected with Mingle, and incoming applications will be imported directly to your database.
