Set your availability for interviews

With Mingle you can easily set up interviews for you or your colleagues. You can connect your calendar and define preferences so that interviews are scheduled only in the available slots in your calendar.

Here's how to set your calendar:

1. Connect your calendar

The first step is to connect your calendar. This way, interviews can only be scheduled for the available slots in your calendar.

Click on your name at the top right of the menu bar. From the drop-down list, choose Settings. On the Settings page, navigate to E-mail and calendar

In the Integrations tab, click on Microsoft 365 Calendar

A login window with your Microsoft 365 account will open, where you will need to fill in your Microsoft 365 access data.

After this, your calendar will be synced with Mingle.

2. Set your preferences

You can also set certain preferences regarding the days and times you are available for interviews. You can do this from the sub-section Availability

3. Add locations

From the sub-section Standard meeting locations in Settings > E-mail and calendar you can configure the list of locations where the interviews will take place.

In addition to the Microsoft Teams option, you can also add physical addresses or links for online interviews.

And that's it! Everything is set and now you can start to schedule interviews with Mingle.
