Job boards integrated with Mingle
From Mingle, you can promote external jobs on various job sites. This way, you will automatically receive candidates who have applied on these platforms directly in Mingle.
Below you can see which job boards are connected to Mingle.
From the Job promotion page, in the field marked with eJobs, click on PromoteA pop-up will open where you will need to add the job data.
Once the form is completed, click on Promote.
The job ad will be published on eJobs, and the candidates will be automatically added to your Mingle database.

There are two options for syncing your jobs with LinkedIn:
Option 1. Automatically post jobs from Mingle to LinkedIn
If you have at least one paid job ad on LinkedIn, you can publish an unlimited number of free jobs on your LinkedIn page. These jobs can be automatically published from Mingle, without having to add them individually.
And candidates who apply on LinkedIn will also be automatically added to your Mingle database.
Let us know if you want to set up this option.
Option 2. Post jobs individually on LinkedIn
This option is useful when you don't have any job slots purchased on LinkedIn and you can't use the first option.
The first step is to create the job in Mingle. Then create the job ad on LinkedIn Jobs. The ad must include an email address, which helps Mingle accept applications.
Candidates who apply on LinkedIn for this job will be automatically added to your Mingle database.

Create the job in Mingle: log in to Mingle and create the job as you always do.
Create the job ad in DevJob as well. An email address must be filled in the ad, which helps collect the candidates applications in Mingle:
- In the field "Primiți candidaturi prin" (Receive applications via), choose the option "E-mailul dvs" (Your email).
- In the "E-Mail" field, enter the email address received from Mingle.

Candidates who apply on DevJob for this job will be automatically added to your Mingle database.
In order for applicants to be automatically assigned to the correct role, make sure the job in Mingle has the same name as the one in DevJob.
From the job promotion page, in the field marked with "delucru", click on PromoteA pop-up will open where you will need to add the job details.
Once the form is completed, click on Promote.
The job ad will be published on the job board, and the candidates will be automatically added to your Mingle database.
Create the job in Mingle: log in to Mingle and create the job as you always do.
Create the job ad on Rabota: go to Rabota to create the job ad there as well.
Candidates who apply on Rabota for this job will be automatically added to your Mingle database.
In order for applicants to be automatically assigned to the correct role, make sure the job in Mingle has the same name as the one in Rabota.

Once the form is completed, click on Promote.
The job ad will be published on Jobber, and the candidates will be automatically added to your Mingle database.
To connect your Jobber account, go to Setting-> Company settings and in the "Job boards" section click on the Connectbutton next to Jobber. Then follow the instructions you find here.
Do you want to use any of the options above but can't find them in Mingle?

When a job is connected with an external job ad, this connection will be displayed in the Jobs tab (under the job's name), but also on the job promotion page.
An exception is made for jobs promoted on LinkedIn, DevJob and Rabota, where the connection is not displayed in this screen, although it is activated.
