Give users access to a specific candidate or to a selection of candidates

In the candidate's profile, you can give access to managers for this specific candidate.

You can choose this option when you don't want to give someone access to all the candidates for a job, but only to certain candidates.

This applies to users with limited access rights.

Mention a user with limited rights

You can give access to a Limited user for a specific candidate if you mention them in a comment. If the user you want to mention has a lock icon next to their name, it means that they don't have rights to view the candidate yet and you can give them access by mentioning them.

When mentioned, users will receive an email notification.

Change the candidate's recruiter

You can also give users access to a candidate if you set them as the main recruiter for the candidate. And in this case, the user will receive a notification for the candidates assigned to them.

How to remove a user's access to a candidate

If you want to remove a user's access, delete the comment where the user was mentioned or edit the comment and delete the mention.

If you have set him as a recruiter for the candidate, then you can remove his access if you change or remove the candidate's recruiter.

Attention
  • These users will only see the candidates assigned to them. This applies to the reports as well, where they will be able to view only data based on these candidates.
  • Users with limited rights will not be able to give access to other users who do not have access to that candidate.
  • If you don't see users with limited rights, it means you don't have this option enabled as part of your subscription. Get in touch with your Account Manager or write to us at hello@mingle.ro to detail what it entails.
