In the Candidatestab from the top bar, explore the candidate database. To access a candidate's CV and contact details, click on their name.
You will find the contact details in the upper left part of the profile.
You can also edit them from here by clicking on each field separately.
Candidate's CV
For the CV scroll down and you will see it on the left side of the page. You can download it or change it by clicking on the buttons above it.
You can also print it directly from here by clicking Print
Candidate files
You can upload files by clicking theNote button on the right side of the candidate profile. A new window will open, and in the lower-left part of it you will see the option Add files
You can upload any number of files, in any format (word, pdf, image, video, etc.). You can also leave a comment or mention another colleague when adding files.
Below, you can see other uploaded files. Go to the Historysection. Here you can scroll down to see all the activities in the history (including uploaded files). Or you can filter the activities in the profile by clicking on Filter activities
Links
In the candidate's profile you can also save different links: LinkedIn profile, portfolio links, etc.
Tags
Use tags to organize candidates by certain keywords.
Click the Add tag button in the top left corner (under the candidate's contact data).
Type in any keyword you want to use. If you've used it before, it will appear below. If not, add it directly from here.
Once a tag is added, you can click on it to see all the candidates to whom it has been assigned. Or you can filter the candidate list by certain keywords.
Examples of tags you can use:
'hotlist' for good candidates that should be included on the shortlist
tags regarding job seniority, language skills or programming skills
tags to mark actions you want to do with the candidate (such as 'feedback')
