Move candidates through the pipeline
Update the candidate status
Mark the candidate's progress in the recruitment process either from their profile or directly from the list of candidates:
- In the Candidates - Candidate list go to the desired candidate. Click on its status in the column Status. Choose the corresponding status from the drop-down list that appears.
- In the Candidate profilego to the top right corner and choose the appropriate stage from the drop-down list.
Change the status of several candidates at once
In the Candidate list you can select several candidates at once to change their status.
In the candidate list, select the ones you want by clicking on the squares that appear on the left, next to their names.
The actions you can do with the selected candidates will appear in the top row of the table.
Click on the Change status button to update the status of multiple candidates at once.
In the pop-up that appears, choose the new status. Here you can also leave a comment that will appear for all the candidates in your selection.
