Referrals

In Mingle you have an Employee Portal that you can use to receive referrals or internal applications. In addition, it helps you keep track of the bonuses to be paid.

Using the Employee Portal, you can:

• Announce internally which jobs are available;
• Receive referrals from your colleagues;
• Keep your colleagues updated on their friends' status;
• Establish a referral bonus policy;
• Track when referral bonuses should be paid.
