Receive notifications from Mingle

From Mingle you can receive various types of notifications when you have certain actions to do. 

To choose the type of notifications you want to receive, click on your name at the top right of the menu bar. From the drop-down list, choose Settings. On this page, you will see the section Notifications

Types of Notifications

  • New candidates assigned to you: you receive a notification when new candidates apply to a job for which you are the Recruiter. You will also receive a notification when someone assigns you as a recruiter for one or more candidates.
    Notifications are sent twice a day, at 1:00 PM and at 3:00 PM.
  • Job ads that will expire: if an ad published on job sites is about to expire, you will receive a notification with 1 day in advance. 
  • Bonuses to be paid: monthly, you will receive a notification for referral bonuses to be paid. Contact your Account Manager to determine on which day of the month you would like these notifications to be sent. 
  • Referral status: în cazul în care un candidat recomandat de tine trece într-o nouă etapă de recrutare, vei primi o notificare.
  • A friend applied using your referral link: if you have sent the referral link to a friend, you will receive a notification when that person applies using the referral link.
