Requisitions FAQ
If a field was removed from the requisition form, it will disappear from all requisitions, even from those where it was initially completed.
The information from this field will not be deleted and will reappear on the requisition page if the field is reactivated later.
You can change the job connected to a requisition at any time, regardless of its status.
Go to the requisition page and click on Modify next to the connected job.
Attention: If a requisition has been associated with a job, it means recruitment has started for it. Therefore, you can replace the job connected to the requisition, but you cannot leave the requisition without a connected job.
You can change the candidates assigned to a requisition at any time, regardless of the requisition status.
Go to the requisition page and click on Modify next to the associated hire(s), and then choose another candidates from the list.
Attention: if the requisition is in one of the statuses "Filled" or "Closed without hire" you can only replace the candidate(s) associated with the requisition. You will not be able to remove a candidate without replacing them with another.
In this case, you can replace the wrongly associated candidate with another candidate once you hire them.
To make the change, go to the requisition page and click on the Modify button next to the associated hire.
There are two ways to close the requisition:
- You can move the requisition to “Closed without hire.” The hired candidates already associated with the requisition will remain associated.
- If you don’t want to move the requisition to "Closed without hire", you can modify the number of available positions on the requisition page (so that it equals the number of hires), and the requisition will automatically switch to "Filled“.
A candidate associated with a requisition can later be moved to any status that is not "hired".
They will remain connected to the requisition until they are removed from it.
If you delete a candidate who is associated with a requisition, their name will disappear from the requisition. The text “1 deleted candidate” will appear instead.
Yes, you can recover a deleted requisition if less than 30 days have passed since its deletion.
